COVID-19 Update, May 24, 2020
Evo Cycle Works LLC will make available both curbside and mobile service on alternate days of the week to remain in compliance with health emergency orders issued by Governor Hogan.
Due to emergency orders issued by Governor Hogan as related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our operations to offer curbside service Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and mobile service ONLY on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of national emergency.
On curbside service days our Taft Street studio is fully staffed and open for business. If we are not already outside in the praking lot, please call and we will meet you out front.
Pick-up and delivery shall remain available via our expanded mobile service. For mobile service, please text or email us to arrange an appointment.
The studio will be closed on mobile service days...
On mobile service days we will focus all of our resources on serving clients at their homes by picking up and delivering bicycles. The Taft Street studio will be CLOSED on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
While all non-essential businesses are ordered to close, according to the Governor’s Office interpretive guidance issued March 23 and March 30, bicycle service centers are classified as “transportation services” and therefore are considered essential businesses.
However, in an effort to minimize contact between persons, the studio is closed to the public and staff will take all necessary precautions when interacting with customers. In addition, every bicycle we repair will be thoroughly disinfected before returning it - grips, controls, saddle and other "touch points."
As a small business we depend on you, our loyal customers, and we will do everything we can to help keep you and your bike on the road. Remember, riding your bike and staying healthy is still your best defense.
